The hotel's location is nice, close to downtown New Braunfels and various stores, with a BBQ grill onsite. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, but being next to the elevator and having a heavily chlorinated indoor pool were drawbacks. The service lacked warmth and cheerfulness, despite explanation of an ESA certification. The dining options were delicious, with enough variety to satisfy everyone, but light meals were a downside.
